Communicating With Customers

When I establish a relationship with people who are interested in properties in this area, they are "inquirers" at the outset. I hope they like what they see and want to explore the possibility of purchasing property in this area. As they become "customers," we begin to email back and forth, with questions and answers. The information becomes more specific and I get to know them better, understanding what they are looking for. I know what they want...and what they DON'T want...and I know how many horses they will be bringing! We at Tennessee Recreational Properties work with clients who have signed a Buyers Agency Agreement with us to find them the property they are seeking, helping them negotiate the sale and taking the stress out of a complicated process. I love it when satisfied clients become my neighbors and, sometimes, my friends. |

You may not find every property that is available in the area because some realtors are not members of the Multiple Listing Service or perhaps it is a "For Sale By Owner" or perhaps it's one of those things that isn't actually for sale but could be.
Because I live in an equestrian community, and because I list and sell mainly horse properties, I am very familiar with what is available. I will show any property that a buyer wants to see, whether it is my listing or not. If it is not actually listed, I try to work out an agreement with the seller and make arrangements to show it.
